Who is the System Security Administrator?
The System Administrator & IT Security Specialist is a professional who designs, manages, and secures critical IT infrastructures. They are responsible for the advanced administration of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Networking, and Cloud/Virtual Architectures, ensuring the security, reliability, and operational continuity of digital services.
By utilizing DevOps and scripting, they automate services and guarantee Business Continuity through high-efficiency Disaster Recovery and troubleshooting. They apply Security Fundamentals and Cloud Security principles to defend the infrastructure, operating within Agile methodologies.

Course Objectives
- Manage and secure corporate infrastructure, administering and updating Windows and Linux server systems and networks, while defining access policies to protect IT resources provided by the Data Center; apply Security Fundamentals and Governance principles.
- Ensure operational continuity through automation and service monitoring using scripting and advanced tools, guaranteeing required performance levels and intervening effectively with Disaster Recovery procedures in the event of failures or critical incidents.
- Design Cloud and Hybrid architectures, installing and managing virtualized and containerized systems alongside Software-Defined resources (SDN/HCI), providing Cloud Computing services (IaaS), and migrating applications in a secure and scalable manner.
- Operate within the Data Center (DC), monitoring and overseeing crucial physical and logistical facilities, including power systems, cooling, physical security, and access control to ensure uninterrupted operation.
